General Terms and Conditions for Window Cleaning and Cleaning Services



Glazenwassers Rotterdam offers window cleaning and cleaning services under the following general terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • The services include, but are not limited to, regular cleaning of offices, homes, window cleaning, and other cleaning services as agreed in the agreement.

4. Quotations and Agreements

  • All quotes are without obligation, unless otherwise stated.
  • An agreement is concluded when the customer has accepted a quotation or placed an order and Glazenwassers Rotterdam has confirmed this.

5. Prices and Payment

  • The prices for the services are determined in advance and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments for subscriptions and memberships can be made monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the plan chosen.
  • Payment must be made within the specified payment term. In case of late payment, interest and administration costs may be charged.
  • In case of non-payment, the service may be temporarily suspended or terminated.

6. Cancellation and Termination

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled by the customer at any time, with a notice period of [e.g. 30 days].
  • Membership services may be terminated by the customer at any time in accordance with the terms of the membership.
  • The Service Provider has the right to terminate the Agreement in the event of non-payment or other breaches of the Agreement.

7. Performance of the Services

  • The Client shall ensure that the location where the Services are performed is safe for the Service Provider's employees.
  • The customer is responsible for providing access to the area or building to be cleaned.

9. Liability

12. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, documentation and software used or provided by the Service Provider in connection with the Services remain the property of the Service Provider and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

13. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

14. Applicable Law and Disputes
